Sports and Therapy St. John’s Mercy Sports and Therapy provides a broad spectrum of outpatient services. Our highly trained staff offers comprehensive consultation, evaluation, testing and individualized therapy for many conditions and injuries. Our Sports and Therapy Department offers the Fitness First Program, a 12-week program combining aerobics and weight training offered for people at risk for cardiac disease or for those who need a cardiovascular exercise program.
