This is a specially designed yoga class for expectant mothers in any trimester. Free with physician's written permission to join the class. Dress comfortably and bring water.

Sponsored by the Dr. Robert E. Elliott Foundation, this grief support group is for people coping with the suicide of a family member or friend.

Occurs the first Tuesday of every month.
