Associate of the Quarter Announced
Unity Health associates recently selected Allison Galbreath as the Associate of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2016. She has been with Unity Health for nearly three years and works as an Administration Secretary at the Unity Health Specialty Care campus. Her role includes helping departments including Community Health Needs, the Unity Health Foundation and Physician Recruitment.
Attributes of the Associate of the Quarter include high values, a positive attitude and a sense of professionalism. Galbreath reflects the core values of the hospital: integrity, teamwork, compassion, excellence, stewardship, innovation and a heart of service.
Fellow associates nominated Galbreath for her leadership, self-motivation, encouragement and problem solving skills. Peers shared she is a team player, never complains and always helps others even when busy with her own work load.
"Unity Health has given me the opportunity to work with some amazing and dedicated people for the past three years," Galbreath said. "This position allows me to interact and work with the community, donors, and associates. God has truly blessed me and I thank Him every day for allowing me to work in an environment that honors Him.
