Associate of the Quarter, Hannah Ellis
Unity Health associates selected Hannah Ellis as the Associate of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2019. Ellis is a Business Analyst in the IT department.
Ellis has been with Unity Health for two and a half years when she first started as an intern. She moved into a full-time employee two months later after deciding she wanted to go into health care and stay close to home. As a business analyst, her job consists of analysis where she helps create reports that aid other associates in working more efficiently and improve processes.
Her favorite part of her job is how she continually learns about other departments and how to help them if needed.
"I have been blessed with wonderful leadership and coworkers I can call friends," Ellis said. "They help me learn and grow."
Attributes of the Associate of the Quarter include high values, a positive attitude and sense of professionalism. Ellis reflects the core values of the hospital: integrity, teamwork, compassion, excellence, stewardship, innovation and a heart of service.
