Spirit of Unity - Cody Conard
Unity Health Emergency Medicine Resident, Cody Conard, D.O. was honored with a Spirit of Unity award on Monday, April 15, 2019.
A gift was donated in Conard's name to the Unity Health Foundation from Jamie Mobley for the care he provided when she had a visit to the Emergency Department.
"I was thankful for the medical staff's help during my recent visit after breaking my wrist," Mobley said. "Cody provided outstanding care! He was patient with me, quick to respond, and when a change had to be made during the bone setting process, he held my broken bones together. Thank you Cody for exceptional care and commitment to the patients at Unity Health."
The Spirit of Unity Award is a way for patients or family members of patients to show their gratitude by giving a gift in the employees' honor to the Unity Health Foundation. These gifts go towards special projects and equipment upgrades that will help to ensure that Unity Health is here to care for patients and generations to come.
