Unity Health Announces Associate of the Quarter
Unity Health associates recently selected Dorcas Harralson as the Associate of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2016. She has been with Unity Health for more than 36 years and works as the Clinic Manager for Unity Health – Searcy Medical Center.
"I am humbled to receive the Associate of the Quarter award," Harralson said. "It is such an honor, but could not have been achieved without the efforts of the Unity Health team. I am so thankful for all the support and encouragement I have received from leadership, staff and physicians. After being a recent surgery patient at Unity Health – WCMC, it is apparent that by all of the departments working together they are able to provide amazing care. I feel blessed to be a part of this organization."
Attributes of the Associate of the Quarter include high values, a positive attitude and sense of professionalism. Harralson reflects the core values of the hospital: integrity, teamwork, compassion, excellence, stewardship, innovation and a heart of service.
