Unity Health Foundation and Tara & Co. partner for annual event
SEARCY, Ark. (Feb. 10, 2021) — The Unity Health Foundation was presented with a check for $6,000 from Tara & Co. Diamonds as part of their Annual Tara & Co. Holiday Jewelry Give Back Event.
“We are so grateful for long-time community partners like Tara & Co. that continue to support the mission and vision of Unity Health,” said Anna Brumfield, Foundation Director. “The Holiday Jewelry Event not only benefits Unity Health associates as well as the Foundation, it also encourages people to shop locally and support small business.”
The Unity Health Foundation and Tara & Co. have been partners on this specific event for the last 10 years. During the event, 15 percent of sales made at Tara & Co. by Unity Health physicians and spouses, associates, Auxiliary members, and Foundation committee volunteers is donated to the Foundation. Those affiliated with Unity Health who participated were entered for drawings including a $1,000 shopping spree from Tara & Co.
All donations go toward meeting the needs of members of our growing communities and providing support for patients in need.
“We look forward to this event every year,” said Kristen Simpson of Tara & Co. “We always value our healthcare professionals and the services they provide. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to support them as they meet the difficult challenges this year presented.”
