Unity Health Receives Grant

The Walmart Foundation recently awarded Unity Health with a $2,500 grant, which went toward providing food and personal care items for the hospital's annual medical mission, A Day of Caring. The 20th Annual A Day of Caring was held Saturday, July 30 and helped assist more than 1,380 residents in need.

A Day of Caring is a community-wide outreach program that offers medical assistance to the underinsured and uninsured residents of White County. Additional services and assistance are provided.
