CAMP Application

Unity Health CAMP (Careers and Medical Professions) is a free program for students entering 11th or 12th grade who are interested in careers in the healthcare field. Students will have medical-related opportunities including basic nursing skills, CPR, first aid, touring Unity Health facilities, shadowing medical personnel, and experiencing mock interviews.

The five-day summer program is held between the White County Medical Center and Specialty Care campuses. Each day goes from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, complete the application form, write a 100-150 word essay about their interest in the program, and provide a recent school transcript and two letters of recommendation. There are no prerequisites to participate. Lunch is provided each day.
